Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 1 days of delivery (choose your actual window).
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product shows physical damage caused by misuse
- Item is returned after the return window
- Packaging is missing or significantly damaged
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
- Refund is issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- They are defective
- They are damaged on arrival
- Wrong item was shipped
To request an exchange, contact support with:
- Order number
- Photo/video proof of issue
4. Non-Returnable Items (if applicable)
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized/customized products
- Digital goods (if any)
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos/video
We will offer:
- Replacement OR
- Full refund (depending on stock availability)
