Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 1 days of delivery (choose your actual window).

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product shows physical damage caused by misuse
  • Item is returned after the return window
  • Packaging is missing or significantly damaged

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within  2 business days
  • Refund is issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item was defective)

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective
  • They are damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item was shipped

To request an exchange, contact support with:

  • Order number
  • Photo/video proof of issue

4. Non-Returnable Items (if applicable)

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Digital goods (if any)

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos/video

We will offer:

  • Replacement OR
  • Full refund (depending on stock availability)
