Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (1–2 business days) after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you in such cases.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Bahrain: 1–2 business days
- GCC countries: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
